Objective of the workshop:
DNV GL’s approach to knowledge risk management places knowledge firmly as a key asset in any organisation. All organisations manage knowledge, but not all organisations manage knowledge effectively. Many organisations suffer the consequences of ignoring knowledge management. These 'hidden' costs manifest themselves in a variety of ways. This workshop will help participants to identify the costs of ignoring this important management approach and raise awareness of the range of good practices in knowledge management which can address these issues. The workshop will bring you up-to-date with the development of DNV GL’s approach to knowledge risk management drawing on over a quarter of a century of experience. Please join this engaging and interactive workshop to learn how managing knowledge effectively can support your business objectives.
