Combined operations (ComOps) ALARP assessment

The Danish Offshore Safety Act after implementation of the Offshore Safety Directive 2013/30/EU - at this workshop you will learn about new and amended legislative elements which impact the Danish operators and their suppliers to the oil & gas industry.

Purpose of the workshop:  
Since the Offshore Safety Directive was published on 12 June 2013 it has been the responsibility of the EU Member States to implement the Directive into National legislation. A number of new and amended legislative elements will have impact on the Danish operators and their suppliers to the oil & gas industry. 

These will also be mandatory for all existing assets by July 2018. Further, several changes have been implemented by the Danish Working Environment Authorities (DWEA/AT) during December 2017. 

Workshop objectives:
The new Danish Offshore Safety Act LBK No. 125, dated 6 Feb 2018 and related executive orders have been updated accordingly; the latest updates are from 27 November 2015. Special focus will be paid to:

BEK 1404 04/12/2017 ”Styringsbekendtgørelsen”
BEK 1407 04/12/2017 ”Konstruktionsbekendtgørelsen”
BEK 1392 04/12/2017 ”Driftsbekendtgørelsen”
BEK 1379 04/12/2017 ”Beredskabsbekendtgørelsen”
