Purpose of the workshop:
Since the Offshore Safety Directive was published on 12 June 2013 it has been the responsibility of the EU Member States to implement the Directive into National legislation. A number of new and amended legislative elements will have impact on the Danish operators and their suppliers to the oil & gas industry.
These will also be mandatory for all existing assets by July 2018. Further, several changes have been implemented by the Danish Working Environment Authorities (DWEA/AT) during December 2017.
The new Danish Offshore Safety Act LBK No. 125, dated 6 Feb 2018 and related executive orders have been updated accordingly; the latest updates are from 27 November 2015. Special focus will be paid to:
